    Lead Qualification

Know what a new lead wants before you reply

Paste a lead’s message and see their intent, timing and the best channel to use, then start from a drafted first reply you can edit.

    When to use it

    • A portal inquiry just came in and you’re not sure how serious it is.
    • A lead’s message is vague and you want to reply to what they actually asked.
    • You’re deciding whether to call first or send a text.

    How it works

    1. 1. You enter

Paste the lead’s message, or pick a lead from your Lead Inbox to load it.

    2. 2. It produces

A read on lead type, intent, timing, sentiment, motivation and objections, a recommended channel with the reason, and a drafted reply.

    3. 3. You do next

Fill in the bracketed times, edit the reply and send it yourself. Nothing goes out until you choose to send it.

    What you get

    Lead read

    • Lead type, intent level and timing
    • Sentiment and motivation signals
    • Objections detected in the message

    Next step

    • Recommended channel with the reason, e.g. “Call, then Text”

    Drafted replies

    • Email reply with subject line
    • Short SMS version
    • Bracketed times for you to fill in
    • Extra tabs for follow-up, objections and ghosting

    Why this helps

    Respond to what they said

The reply starts from the lead’s own words, so your first message answers their real question.

    Stop guessing the channel

A recommended channel with a reason helps you choose between calling and texting.

Start from a draft, not a blank screen

You edit and approve every word before it goes anywhere.

    Lead message

“Hi, saw the 3 bed on Maple Ridge Dr. We’re hoping to move before school starts in August. Is it still available?”

    Read and reply

Intent: High · Timing: 1–3 months · Channel: Call, then Text Text: “Hi Jordan, thanks for reaching out about Maple Ridge Dr. It’s still available. Are you free for a quick call at [time] to talk about your August timeline?”

    Continue your workflow

    • Use the Follow-Up and Objections tabs in the same tool when the lead goes quiet or pushes back.
    • For a longer plan, open Follow-Up Engine and enter the lead’s situation.
