Conversion Realtor Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

The Conversion Realtor Chrome Extension provides AI-powered analysis of real estate lead messages that users voluntarily submit.

Website Access & Permissions

The extension operates on all websites (all_urls) in order to display its floating interface and allow users to analyze real estate lead messages from various platforms, including CRMs, email clients, and real estate portals.

The extension does not automatically collect or monitor browsing activity. It does not scrape page content. It does not read passwords, form data, or private messages unless the user explicitly selects or submits text for analysis.

Information Processed

When a user submits text for analysis:

• The selected or pasted message content is securely transmitted to Conversion Realtor's API for AI processing.
• Message content is processed in real time.
• Message content is not stored long-term unless the user is logged into a Conversion Realtor account and chooses to save it.

For system integrity and abuse prevention:

• Limited technical metadata (such as a temporary IP-based hash or anonymous request identifier) may be processed server-side.
• This information is used solely for rate limiting and security.
• It is not used for tracking, profiling, advertising, or sale.

Local Storage & User Preferences

The extension stores limited user interface preferences using Chrome's storage.local API. This includes:

• A list of websites where the floating widget has been hidden
• Temporary timestamps indicating when the widget should remain hidden (for example, 48 hours or one week)

This data:

• Is stored locally on the user's device
• Is not transmitted to Conversion Realtor's servers
• Does not contain personal information
• Is used only to control widget visibility preferences

What We Do Not Collect

The extension does not collect:

• Browsing history
• Passwords
• Payment information
• Cookies
• Background page content
• Personal messages not explicitly submitted by the user

Data Retention

Submitted message content is processed in real time and is not retained unless the user is authenticated and saves it within their Conversion Realtor account.

Security-related technical identifiers are retained only as necessary for abuse prevention and system protection.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Data is processed solely by Conversion Realtor's secure API infrastructure.

Security

All communication between the extension and the Conversion Realtor API is encrypted using HTTPS.
