Lead Priority
A clearer view of which opportunities deserve attention first.

Add Conversion Intelligence to HubSpot
Keep HubSpot as your CRM. Conversion Realtor analyzes lead activity, timing, engagement, and intent to continuously prioritize opportunities and recommend who to contact, what to do next, and when to act.
If you are not signed in, Conversion Realtor will take you through the normal account access flow before opening Connections.
What the integration does
Conversion Realtor does not replace HubSpot. HubSpot continues to organize your leads and CRM history, while Conversion Realtor acts as the decision layer that interprets supported activity and helps agents decide:
“HubSpot organizes your leads. Conversion Realtor helps determine what to do next.”
Signals Conversion Realtor uses
Conversion Realtor is designed to use supported contact records, deals, and activity read from HubSpot, together with signals derived from that context. Availability depends on what has been logged for the lead and what the connected account makes available.
These signals are evaluated together. A stage, reply, note, meeting, or engagement signal is useful in context—not as a standalone, permanent score.
What Conversion Realtor produces
Recommendations are recomputed as new lead activity is received from the connected HubSpot account.
A clearer view of which opportunities deserve attention first.
The most useful next move based on the lead’s current context.
Guidance on when the next action is most likely to move the conversation forward.
Conversion-focused direction for the next message, call, email, or task.
The signals and reasoning behind the recommendation, not just a score.
How to connect HubSpot
The HubSpot integration connects through HubSpot’s own secure authorization screen. You approve access there and are returned to Conversion Realtor automatically.
Conversion Realtor never asks for your HubSpot username or password, and never displays the stored credential after the connection is saved. Access can be revoked at any time from HubSpot or from Settings → Connections.
Where supported by the customer’s plan, separate HubSpot accounts can be connected and managed independently. One customer’s authorization is never reused for another customer or account.
HubSpot sync is live for connected accounts. Use “Sync now” on Settings → Connections to pull your HubSpot contacts and their recent notes, calls, emails, and meetings, along with deal context. Each contact becomes a lead in Conversion Realtor and is run through the same prioritization and next-best-action engine as every other lead source.
Sync is strictly read-only — Conversion Realtor never creates, edits, or deletes records in HubSpot. Re-running a sync never duplicates leads or activity, and repeat updates are handled safely at the connection level.
Open Settings → Connections to Reconnect, Sync now, or Disconnect an individual account. If a connection’s authorization expires or is revoked, it appears as Needs attention rather than failing silently.
Disconnecting stops future synchronization for that connection. Existing Conversion Realtor lead history remains available and keeps its source connection label.
Conversion Realtor keeps CRM connections isolated by account and only uses the access approved for the connected HubSpot account. Credentials are encrypted, stored securely on the server, and never exposed in the browser, logs, public repositories, or customer-facing pages.
Your CRM remains your system of record. Conversion Realtor only uses the access required to provide its conversion intelligence features.
No. Conversion Realtor works alongside HubSpot as a conversion intelligence layer. HubSpot remains your system of record.
No. Connection uses HubSpot’s own secure authorization screen. You approve access on HubSpot’s site, and Conversion Realtor never sees or stores your HubSpot password.
No. The HubSpot connection is read-only. Conversion Realtor reads supported contact, deal, and activity data to produce recommendations — it never creates, edits, or deletes anything in HubSpot.
Contacts and their recent activity (notes, calls, emails, and meetings), plus deal context such as stage, amount, and close date. Access is limited to the read-only permissions you approve.
Where supported by the customer’s plan, separate accounts can be connected and managed independently. One customer’s authorization is never reused for another customer or account.
Open Settings → Connections. If HubSpot access expires or is revoked, the connection appears as Needs attention and you can reconnect in one step.
Yes. Disconnecting stops future synchronization for that connection without deleting its existing lead history in Conversion Realtor.
