    Conversion Realtor is a conversion intelligence platform that provides recommendations, insights, and messaging guidance to help real estate professionals improve lead conversion.

    2. Use of Service

    You agree to:

    • Use the platform for lawful business purposes
    • Provide accurate account information
    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

    You may not:

    • Misuse the platform
    • Reverse engineer the system
    • Use the platform to send spam or violate communication laws

    3. CRM Integrations

    When you connect a CRM (such as Follow Up Boss):

    • You authorize us to access and process your CRM data
    • You remain responsible for compliance with all communication laws (including SMS/email regulations)
    • We are not responsible for how you execute outreach using recommendations

    4. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

    Conversion Realtor provides recommendations based on data and AI models.

    We do not guarantee:

    • Lead conversion outcomes
    • Business results
    • Accuracy in all scenarios

    All actions taken are at your discretion.

    5. Payments & Subscriptions

    If applicable:

    • Subscription fees are billed as agreed
    • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
    • We may change pricing with notice

    6. Data & Privacy

    Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

    You retain ownership of your data.

    SMS Privacy Notice: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only to send messages related to your inquiry, appointments, property updates, and requested follow-up.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversion Realtor shall not be liable for:

    • Lost revenue
    • Missed deals
    • Indirect or consequential damages

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if:

    • Terms are violated
    • Misuse is detected

    You may cancel your account at any time.

    9. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
