• Account issues: If you can't log in, try resetting your password from the sign-in page. If that doesn't work, email us.
• Billing questions: Email support@conversionrealtor.com with your account email and we'll sort it out.
• Bug reports: Logged-in users can submit bug reports directly from the Help button inside the app. Include what you were doing and what went wrong.
• Feature requests: We love hearing ideas. Email us or use the in-app support form.
• Chrome Extension: Make sure you're using the latest version. If the widget doesn't appear, try refreshing the page or reinstalling the extension.

We want you to be satisfied with Conversion Realtor. Here's how our refund policy works:

• Free trial: Cancel anytime during your trial and you will not be charged.
• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with one click — no emails, no calls, no hoops. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
• Refund requests: If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied, email support@conversionrealtor.com within 7 days of the charge. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
• No partial refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 7-day window.
