Connect Zoho CRM to Conversion Realtor

Add Conversion Intelligence to Zoho CRM

Keep Zoho as your CRM. Conversion Realtor analyzes lead activity, timing, engagement, and intent to continuously prioritize opportunities and recommend who to contact, what to do next, and when to act.

If you are not signed in, Conversion Realtor will take you through the normal account access flow before opening Connections.

    What the integration does

Keep Zoho CRM as your system of record

Conversion Realtor does not replace Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM continues to organize your leads and CRM history, while Conversion Realtor acts as the decision layer that interprets supported activity and helps agents decide:

    • Who to work first
    • What action to take next
    • When to act
    • What to say
    • Why that recommendation makes sense
“Zoho CRM organizes your leads. Conversion Realtor helps determine what to do next.”

    Signals Conversion Realtor uses

Combine context instead of relying on one static score

Conversion Realtor is designed to use supported lead records and activity read from Zoho CRM, together with signals derived from that context. Availability depends on what has been logged for the lead and what the connected account makes available.

    • New leads and lead source
    • Lead stage and status
    • Notes
    • Tasks
    • Logged calls
    • Appointments and showing activity
    • Conversation activity where available
    • Replies and engagement
    • Timing and recency
    • Lead timeline
    • Buyer or seller context
    • Objections
    • Financing friction
    • Negative sentiment
    • Decision-window signals
    • Nurture activity
    • Logged outcomes

These signals are evaluated together. A stage, reply, note, task, timeline, or engagement signal is useful in context—not as a standalone, permanent score.

    What Conversion Realtor produces

Five outputs that turn CRM activity into a decision

Recommendations are designed to be recomputed as relevant lead activity is received or refreshed from the connected CRM.

    Lead Priority

A clearer view of which opportunities deserve attention first.

    Next Best Action

The most useful next move based on the lead’s current context.

    Recommended Timing

Guidance on when the next action is most likely to move the conversation forward.

    Suggested Follow-Up

Conversion-focused direction for the next message, call, email, or task.

    Why This Works

The signals and reasoning behind the recommendation, not just a score.

    How to connect Zoho CRM

Approve access on Zoho’s site — no keys to copy

The Zoho CRM integration connects through Zoho’s own secure authorization screen. You approve access there and are returned to Conversion Realtor automatically.

    1. 1Sign in to Conversion Realtor.
    2. 2Open Settings → Connections.
    3. 3Select “Connect Zoho CRM.”
    4. 4You are taken to Zoho’s own sign-in and authorization screen.
    5. 5Sign in to Zoho and approve access for Conversion Realtor.
    6. 6You are returned to Conversion Realtor automatically — no codes or keys to copy.
    7. 7Confirm the Zoho CRM account appears as a Connected card, and give it a recognizable name.

Conversion Realtor never asks for your Zoho username or password, and never displays the stored credential after the connection is saved. Access can be revoked at any time from Zoho or from Settings → Connections.

    Multiple Zoho CRM accounts

Where supported by the customer’s plan, separate Zoho CRM accounts can be connected and managed independently. One customer’s authorization is never reused for another customer or account.

    Each connection shows

    • • Account name
    • • Provider
    • • Status
    • • Last activity
    • • Connected date
    • • Connection health

    Available actions

    • Rename
    • Reconnect
    • Check health
    • Disconnect

    Activity intelligence rollout

Secure account connection is live today. Continuous Zoho CRM activity sync — keeping lead intelligence current as supported CRM activity changes — is being rolled out for connected accounts and will be enabled automatically once available for your account.

When activity sync is enabled for a connection, repeat delivery of the same update is handled safely at the connection level, so a duplicate does not launch a second processing run or create duplicate recommendations.

    Connection health

Open Settings → Connections to use Check health, Reconnect, or Disconnect for an individual account. If a connection’s authorization expires or is revoked, it appears as Needs attention rather than failing silently.

Disconnecting stops future synchronization for that connection. Existing Conversion Realtor lead history remains available and keeps its source connection label.

    Security

Conversion Realtor keeps CRM connections isolated by account and only uses the access approved for the connected Zoho CRM account. Credentials and secrets are stored securely on the server and are never exposed in the browser, logs, public repositories, or customer-facing pages.

Your CRM remains your system of record. Conversion Realtor only uses the access required to provide its conversion intelligence features.
